Bob’s passion for real estate lies in connecting with people and helping them achieve their
dreams of homeownership. He finds immense joy in guiding first-time buyers through the
exciting journey of purchasing their first home, celebrating their milestones, and witnessing the
pride on their faces when they step through the door of their new home.
Before entering real estate, Bob’s life was rich with creative pursuits. A talented writer and artist,
he continues to enjoy storytelling and drawing in his spare time. His background in
acting—featuring roles in movies and community theater in Florida—shaped his love for
connecting with people and sharing meaningful narratives.
Bob’s personal passions also include his lifelong dedication to baseball. As a devoted Phillies
fan and baseball enthusiast, Bob has visited 22 out of 30 Major League ballparks on his mission
to see them all, turning his love of the sport into an adventure of discovery. When it comes to
food, Bob appreciates the classics, with a Philly Cheesesteak holding a special place in his
heart, along with his love for the artistry of sushi.
Bob shares his life with his wife of over 25 years, Lillia, and their four beloved cats, who bring
daily joy and laughter to their home. A proud Air Force veteran, Bob’s military service took him
around the world to places like Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Florida. His time in the military
instilled in him the values of teamwork, discipline, and adaptability—qualities that continue to
serve him in his real estate career.
